Onchan man Gary Caley and Pascalle Maurer from Bolton in Greater Manchester had a wedding to remember in Nevada.

The couple had travelled from the island to have their ceremony surrounded by the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Valley of Fire. Some family members and friends travelled over to take part in the celebrations.

Gary’s mother, Kate, said: ’Pascalle, 25, and Gary, 26, first met on a flight to Magaluf and they’ve been together for about four years now. For their honeymoon they stayed in Vegas and then went to Los Angeles for a couple of days.’

Kate could not make it over for the wedding but has sent her ’congratulations’ to the new married couple.

Pascalle’s parents are Olwyn and Kim and Gary’s father is Mark Caley.
