Ralph John Walker, a 51-year-old man from Derby Road, Douglas, has this week been given another probation order after admitting being drunk and incapable.

He is already subject to a probation order imposed in March, which replaced a previous one which was imposed in January.
The latest one will run for six months and run concurrently to the March order.
It came after he was found in Villiers Square, Douglas, at 3.30pm on March 25.
Walker was ordered to pay £125 costs at a rate of £12.50 per week at the conclusion of his previous fines.
