William Alfred Graham Duggan, aged 33, of Sumark Croft, Douglas, has been committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
He has previously denied three counts of gross indecency with a person under 16.
He also pleaded not guilty to six counts of indecent assault.
All the allegations are said to be historical.
Mr Duggan was represented in court by defence advocate Stephen Wood.
He will appear at the higher court on a date to be set.
Bail continues.
