A warrant without bail has been issued for Jonathan Lennon Taylor, aged 44, of Springfield Road, Douglas.

He has previously been charged with failing to provide a sample of breath, being found drunk in a public place, and failing to notify a change of vehicle ownership.

Mr Taylor was bailed to attend court on Tuesday (February 14) but failed to turn up.
