Donovan Bradley Kitching, aged 38, of Central Promenade, Douglas, has had his sentencing delayed.

He was due to be sentenced on Tuesday for two counts of assaulting a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.

However, the court heard that a psychiatric report is still awaited.

He was not required to appear in court and the case was adjourned in his absence until May 16.

Bail continues.
