A 62-year-old man has denied sexual activity in a public place, causing alarm, harassment, or distress.

He is accused of committing an indecent act at Shore Road in Peel on August 3.

The man cannot be named, unless convicted, due to anonymity laws introduced by the Manx Government.

A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on January 15.

The defendant was represented in court by advocate Michael Jelski.

Bail has been granted in the sum of £500, with a condition to reside at his home address.
