A 46-year-old man who denies three counts of possessing indecent images of children will face a summary court trial on September 18.
He cannot be named, unless convicted, due to the Manx Government’s anonymity laws.
It’s alleged that he was found to be in possession of 28 images, which have all been assessed in the lowest category.
The offences are alleged to have been committed between January 25 and January 29.
He was represented in court by advocate Peter Taylor.
Bail continues.
