A Ramsey man has been fined £400 for being drunk and disorderly.
Ryan James Moore, aged 20, was arrested after a scuffle with a man outside Wetherspoons on May 29.
He initially denied the offence, but on July 30, changed his plea to guilty.
Magistrates heard that officers on patrol at 1.40am separated Moore and the other male, outside the Regent Street nightspot.
When interviewed, Moore said that the male had touched his partner's bum inside the pub.
He said he had consumed 10 pints of Budweiser Light, and rated himself as '5 out of 10', when asked how drunk he was.
Magistrates also ordered Moore, of Seamount Road, to pay £125 prosecution costs.
He'll pay at a rate of £60 per month.
