Alastair Mark Aubrey Flint, aged 20, of Birch Drive, Peel, has been charged with drink-driving.

He is also accused of having no driving licence or insurance.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on September 26.
He was represented at the High Bailiff’s court by duty advocate James Peterson who asked for an adjournment until February 21, saying that Mr Flint wanted time to instruct advocate Jim Travers.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
