Talat Cemal Kilic, aged 19, of Queen’s Promenade, Douglas, appeared before the High Bailiff court charged with drug-driving and being in charge of a vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on September 28 and November 10 respectively.
The case was adjourned until February 21 at the request of defence advocate Paul Rodgers to allow time to review the case.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
