The incident happened on Harbour Road.

Harbour Road runs from Groudle Road to King Edward Road and lies at the bottom end of the village.
In a statement posted online, the Islev of Man Constabulary said: ‘Harbour Road in Onchan is now closed due to a road traffic collision.
‘This will be closed for some time. We will update you when we have more information.’
A resident living on the road told Gef.im that paramedics and police officers were at the scene.
