The Business Leader of the Year at the Awards For Excellence has been revealed as Dandara boss Seamus Nugent.

This prestigious title was presented to the managing director of the property developing company at Isle of Man Newspapers’ annual awards event tonight (Thursday).

Mr Nugent collected the Utmost Wealth Solutions award with its chief executive, Mike Foy, passing on the baton as 2018’s Business Person of the Year.

The island-based company was established in 1988 and aimed to provide innovative homes and commercial properties that would offer ‘real value for money without compromising on design, durability or quality’.
