Ciera Nicole Garrett, aged 21, of Brookhill Road, Ramsey, has been charged with having no vehicle licence and no driving licence.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on October 25.

Ms Garrett did not attend court but a summons advising her of the court date could not be proved as served.

A new summons with a rescheduled court date of March 30 has been issued.
