Ian Rodney Pressley, aged 50, of Snugborough Avenue, Union Mills, will face a summary court trial on August 15.
He has previously denied common assault, alleged to have been committed on March 4, involving a neighbour.
He was represented in court by advocate David Clegg.
Bail continues with conditions to live at his home address, and not to contact the complainant or witnesses.
