Dominic Gribben, aged 45, of Hilltop Rise, Douglas, has denied drink-driving.
The offence is alleged to have been committed on July 16 at Alder Road in Douglas.
A pre-trial review will be held on October 3 in summary court.
Mr Gribben was represented in court by advocate Jim Travers.
Bail continues in the sum of £500.
