A warrant backed with bail has been issued for Roderick Paul Fitton, aged 63, of Whitestone Terrace, Ballasalla.

He is charged with being found drunk in a public place on June 28.

Mr Fitton failed to attend court and High Bailiff Jayne Hughes issued the warrant with a rescheduled court date of July 25.
