David William Kelly, aged 43, of The Threshold, Jurby, has been charged with careless driving.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on September 22.

He did not appear in court but a summons advising him of the court date could not be proved as served.

A new summons was issued with a rescheduled court date of May 11.
