Andrew Hall, aged 37, of Empress Drive, Douglas, has been charged with having no driving licence, no vehicle licence, and no insurance.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on February 14.

He did not appear in court but a summons advising him of the court date could not be proved as served.

A new summons was issued with a rescheduled court date of May 11.
