Martin Ian Novak, aged 42, of Hailwood Avenue, Douglas, has pleaded not guilty to drink-driving.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on November 8, on the A18 Mountain Road.
He was represented in court by advocate Jim Travers.
A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on June 1.
Bail continues in the sum of £500.
