It was a step back in time for some Governor’s Hill residents who looked out of their windows and saw dinosaurs walking about.

A couple of jokers entertained the Douglas neighbourhood by wearing inflatable T-Rex outfits on their daily walk.

One resident, who does not wish to be named, took a quick snap of the pair.

She said: ’They were walking around Governor’s Hill between 2pm and 3pm. I just laughed, got my camera and shouted at my son to have a look.’

Their antics were a ’good thing’, she said, as it would have cheered people up in their self-isolation due to the pandemic.

She added: ’Given the current situation, it wouldn’t surprise me to see a real pair walking around.’
