Joseph Christopher Parker, aged 21, of Hillberry View, Onchan, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of drugs.
The offence is alleged to have been committed between November 2021 and September 2022.
He was represented in court by advocate Jim Travers who asked for an adjournment until April 13, to allow time to review the case papers.
Bail was granted in the sum of £250.
