Four Steam Packet sailings cancelled as Storm Bram brings gale force windsGenerally dry although often rather cloudy today with hill fog and some coastal mist at times especially in the east and south of the island. Bright intervals should develop more widely this afternoon, with some sunshine making it very warm in places; temperature rising to between 22 and 24 Celsius away from windward coasts.
Heavy showers will affect the island for a while overnight, but will largely clear away by dawn tomorrow leaving the day mostly dry with some spells of sunshine developing in the afternoon especially across the north. Maximum temperature around 22°C in a moderate to fresh southerly breeze.
Mostly dry on Thursday although rather cloudy but still warm in brighter places with a few sunny intervals.
