Mainly dry with some brightness and just a small risk of a shower. Strong west or southwest wind and a maximum temperature of 9°C. Becoming mainly dry through this evening, then rain arriving overnight. Winds becoming light and variable and a minimum temperature of 4°C.

Outbreaks of rain tomorrow morning, clearing to showers in the afternoon. West or northwesterly winds increasing later, temperatures up to 8°C.

Dry for much of Christmas Day with some sunshine. Patchy frost developing in the evening, then cloud increasing with some rain overnight into Boxing Day.
