The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Dry with some hazy sunshine at first this morning, before the cloud thickens to bring heavy rain across the island this afternoon. The light to moderate south to southwest wind will turn to north or northeast and freshen later, with temperatures reaching up to 14°C at best.
The rain will continue this evening and at first tonight, still quite heavy at times, before clearing to blustery showers late in the night. Windy with a strong west to northwest wind and lowest temperature near to 7°C.
Tomorrow will be bright with sunny spells and scattered blustery showers, which will move through quickly on the strong west to northwest wind. Feeling rather cold in the wind, with highest temperature only around 14°C.
Saturday will be dry with some sunshine, which will turn hazy later in the afternoon as cloud moves in, bringing rain overnight. Maximum temperature of 14 or possibly 15°C in a light to moderate west to north-westerly breeze.
