The ’Year of Our Island’ is drawing to a close and the organisers have chosen Mooragh Park, Ramsey, as the venue for the closing celebrations.

A ’festival of light’ will be held in the Park on Saturday, March 16, from 5pm to 8pm, with light installations, workshops, lantern display , food and entertainment.

The 12 months of the Year of Our Island did not follow a calendar year.
