Courses for people who want to find out more about birds in the Isle of Man are to take place soon.

The Manx Ornithological Society’s beginners’ course starts on January 12 and consists of three evening sessions and three field trips.
An intermediate course starts on February 2.
Thee courses are to encourage people to develop their interest in birds, learn how best to observe them and which equipment and books to use.
The cost of the course is £35 and all proceeds are donated to Manx BirdLife.
