A former bank in Castletown is up for sale with the asking price of £250,000.
Once a Lloyds Bank, the building on Parade Street is now being sold as a commercial property.
The building has two storeys with a banking hall, meeting rooms, safe room and store room on the ground floor, plus office suites a kitchen and toilets on the first floor.
Chrystals Estate Agents recently added the former bank to its listings, adding that the property will be available from March 2020.
We reported in October 2019 that Lloyds Bank would be closing its branches in Castletown and Peel.
At the time, a Lloyds spokesman said the decision was due to declining transactions as more people bank online.
The bank said then that there would be no job losses as a result of the two branch closures.
