The Met Office at Ronaldsway is warning of frost, ice and wintry showers in an updated weather forecast for the island.
And an amber warning has been reinstated after being lifted briefly earlier today. (Sunday)
This is the latest forecast as issued at 4.15pm.
A cold night ahead with a widespread frost, temperatures in many places will fall sub-zero and down to minus 3 or 4 in the coldest spots.
The wind will be light with clear skies at times but one or two showers may develop toward the end of the night especially in the west.
Apart from that early risk of a shower, a dry day tomorrow with some sunshine, the wind will freshen from the north during the day and temperatures will reach around 6 Celsius as a maximum.
The outlook is that there’ll be a frost again tomorrow night (Monday).
Tuesday will start dry and bright but a strengthening southwest wind will bring a band of rain late in the day, temperatures on Tuesday will get to 8 Celsius by evening
