Former students of Douglas High School for Girls are to get together soon.

The annual reunion of the girls who left Park Road High School in 1960 will be held in Peel Golf Club on Friday, September 8.

The meeting will be midday for lunch at 12.30pm.

Organisers say that booking will not be necessary and that ’old girls’ can turn up on the day.
