Someone at Castle Rushen High School in Castletown has tested positive for Covid-19.

The school was contacted by the contact tracing team this morning and advised that a positive case has been identified that could affect Year 7 (ages 11-12) pupils there.

All pupils who have been determined to be considered high risk contacts were contacted by government this morning.

CRHS said: ’If you have not been contacted there is no need for your child or their household to self-isolate or be tested. Please monitor your child for any symptoms of Covid-19 and if they display any please call the 111 service.’
