The Health and Care Transformation Programme is asking the public for their views on how general practice (GP) services, dental services, pharmacies and opticians can best support them with their health and wellbeing.

The survey results will help shape the future of health and care services in the island.

The short survey takes on average five minutes to complete and is asking the public what they would like to be able to access, when they would like it and how they would like a service delivered.

The survey is available online at https://consult.gov.im/cabinet-office/your-thoughts-on-health-services/ until January 29.

For further information, or to receive a paper copy survey questionnaire, please contact project manager Pam Crye by emailing [email protected] or telephoning the programme office on 693859.

The process of developing a future vision for primary care has started and will be multi-staged and encompass a variety of opportunities to get involved and be heard.

Workshops and discussion forums with staff and service users will be held over the coming months for those that have indicated they are willing to be involved.
