Further unexplained Covid cases have been detected.The Council of Ministers met on a number of occasions through the day yesterday.Last night they discussed the latest developments and considered new information that had emerged.All pupils in Year 8 (aged 12 to 13) at St Ninian's High School's Bemahague site and everyone they live with should stay at home and wait to be contacted by the 111 service.

The Council if Ministers last night agreed a series of measures that will come into effect from 00:01 on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.

The government posted on its Facebook page just after midnight that all schools and University College Isle of Man would be open as normal today but from tomorrow they will shut.
