The Year of Our Island project came to an end with a display of light and sound at the Mooragh Park, in Ramsey.

People turned out to witness a floating, glowing light installation on the Mooragh Park boating lake, and to have a go on the spectacular Illumaphonium, an interactive display which was part light show and part musical instrument, where people were able to play their own tunes on the illuminated tubular bells.

There was also a show of LED light spinning and dancing by the dancers from Spinnin’ Vannin.

Elsewhere around the lake, there was a chance to play LED crazy golf.
