Molly Grint is 15, and lives in Peel with mum Kate and dad Ian, along with her younger sister, Daisy who is 12.
She currently goes to the QEII high school, Peel, where she is in the middle of studying for her GCSE exams next year.
Molly is currently spending the week on work experience at Isle of Man Newspapers.
What is your idea of a perfect meal?
The idea of my perfect meal would be a dinner with all my family round, sharing jokes and stories.
What is your favourite way to relax?
My favorite way to relax is to read a good book.
What is your greatest extravagance?
My biggest extravagance is going on holiday with my family and travelling around which ever country we end up in.
Do you have any pets?
I have three pets. We have a grey and white cat named Pablo, a black labrador named Bengi, and a brown and white rabbit, which we called Lottie.
What is your greatest achievement?
My greatest achievement is getting good grades in my mock exams, which I sat at the start of May.
What is your favourite time of the year?
My favorite time of year is probably autumn as it is very pretty and the leaves make the ground look beautiful.
What is the first job you ever had?
I do not have a job yet, as I am still at school, but I do volunteer at the Peel Ward library twice a week.
Do you have any irrational fears?
Not really, although I don’t like fairground rides!
What is your worst habit?
My worst habit is probably annoying my younger sister, Daisy!
What is your favourite book?
I like to read The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas. I haven’t read anything else like it before.
What is your favourite TV programme?
My favorite TV programme is the American medical drama, ER.
What is your favourite band/artist at the moment?
I don’t really have one favorite band or singer - it tends to change daily!
What is your favourite part of the Isle of Man?
My favorite part of the Isle Of Man is probably the beaches along the north coast, or the west because I like the views looking over to the sea.
What is the last show/band that you saw live?
The last show I saw was Phantom of The Opera in the Her Majesty’s theatre, in London, when I went in April. It was really good.
If time/money were no object, what would be your perfect day?
My perfect day would be sat on a warm beach somewhere reading a book.
Choose three people, dead or alive, to invite to dinner?
I would like to sit down with Michelle Obama, and the authors Angie Thomas and JK Rowling. I think these people would be very interesting to talk to and I would like to ask them about their careers and work.

Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings
Definitely Harry Potter!
Cats or dogs?
Dogs, although I am fond of cats as well!
Birthday or Christmas?
Christmas because it is so pretty with the lights and trees.
Starter or pudding?
I think I would choose a starter or a pudding depending on the main meal!
