A leading wildlife artist will unveil his eagerly-awaited new collection of work this weekend.

Dr Jeremy Paul (pictured) will open his new exhibition, ’Wildlife - An Artist’s View’ at the Isle Contemporary gallery on Sunday, September 29, from 2pm.

The celebrated painter and photographer, whose work is much sought after internationally, will display more than 30 new works, ranging from exotic lemurs from Madagascar, big cats from Africa and India to Manx wildlife.

’I seem to have painted more island-based paintings this last year, said Jeremy.

’Some could even be described as landscapes rather than wildlife, but they always include wildlife somewhere in the painting.

’All my paintings are inspired by my own observations and experiences of settings and wildlife, many of which are just from my wanderings around the island.’

Also featured in the new exhibition will be a painting which was entered into the Wildlife Artist of the Year 2019 competition and displayed in London, and also a painting of penguins that was displayed in the USA.
