Police are appealing for witnesses after a fight involving a ‘large group of people’ in Douglas.

The incident happened at around 12.30am on Monday, August 24, on Granville Street, in the area of Jaks Bar and Steakhouse.

Officers have now issued an appeal for information as they seek to establish more about what happened.

Anyone who witnessed the fight, or who may have information which could assist the investigation, is being urged to contact police.

Police have not released any further details about the circumstances surrounding the incident.
