Michael John Kewley, aged 42, of Farvane Close, Anagh Coar, will face a trial on October 20.

He has denied common assault, being drunk and disorderly and property damage.
The first two offences are alleged to have been committed on June 10, while the third is alleged on June 11.
He was represented in court by advocate Paul Glover.
The trial will be held in summary court with magistrates presiding.
Bail continues.
