Kallan Dominic, aged 27, of Market Hill, Douglas, has been charged with being drunk in a public place.
The offence is alleged to have been committed on April 14.
He did not attend court but a summons advising him of the court date could not be proved as served.
A new summons with a rescheduled court date of August 24 was issue.
