The collision involving the motorcycle and a car took place outside Marown Church at about 11am on Sunday.
Police said the casualty was initially expected to be airlifted to hospital in the UK but in the event was taken to Noble’s Hospital where they are recovering from their injuries.
The road between the Glen Darragh traffic lights and Crosby crossroads was closed until 7pm while an accident investigation was carried out.
