Ethan Stanley Brereton Sayle, aged 21, of Gorse Croft, Douglas, has been charged with two counts of having a defective tyre.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on March 4.

He did not attend court but a summons advising him of the court date could not be proved as served.

A new summons was issued with a rescheduled court date of July 13.
