Jamie William Leneghan, aged 34, of Darragh, Port Erin, has been charged with speeding and having a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on April 25.

Mr Leneghan did not attend court but a summons advising him of the court date could not be proved as served.

A new summons was issued with a rescheduled court date of August 3.
