Mark Peter Richards, aged 36, of North Shore Road, Ramsey, will face a trial in summary court on August 25.

He has previously denied driving under the influence of cannabis on the Mountain Road on December 6.
He was represented in court by advocate Jane Gray.
Bail continues.
