The new shop will take over the premises that once housed Motorsport Merchandise Ltd, which closed its store in January this year.
There will now be two Hospice shops in close proximity, with another current Hospice shop operating roughly 200 metres away in Strand Street.
Details on the shops opening date are yet to be released.
It is currently being fitted out.
