John Francis Hagedorn, aged 34, of Governor’s Hill, Douglas, has been fined £200 for having no vehicle tax.

The offence was committed on February 2 at Loch Promenade in Douglas.

He did not appear in court but sent a postal admission to the offence.

Magistrates also ordered him to pay £50 prosecution costs and gave him two months to pay.
