Noa Bakehouse hit the road last week, taking their coffees and baked goods to locations around the island for people to enjoy.
Owner of Noa, Miles Pettit said: ’We’re planning to keep it going through lockdown and we’re collaborating with some great businesses.’
Miles said that he and his team had learned from previous occasions when they had offered takeaways at the Noa café on North Quay and found people queuing along the harbour: ’We want people to have a small bit of luxury in a safe way, without having to drive to Douglas.’
Their route around the island takes them to Bottle Monkey in the old fire station in Castletown on a Wednesday; Foraging Vintners in Port Erin on a Thursday; Roots by the Sea in Peel on a Friday, and Bry Rad’s Fresh Veg Shed in Ramsey on a Saturday.
On board will be sourdough bread, doughnuts, pastries, croissants and Noa roasted coffee.
In order to ensure social distancing, customers order in advance at https://noa.eatout.im/ where you can also find the times they will be at each venue.
Please note pre-orders close 48 hours in advance to allow time to cook everything fresh.
