The Ballasalla-based Abbotswood Nursing Home will hold its summer fair on Sunday from 2.30pm.

TT rider Dan Kneen will open it.

Manx Jazz Kats will be playing again during the afternoon and Rushen Twirlers will be putting on a display.

There will be stalls and attractions, including local craft stalls, as well as activities for children such as face painting and a fairy trail.

Cream teas and other refreshments will be on sale and we have a grand raffle with some great prizes.

All the money raised will go to the residents’ comfort fund.
