Occasional showers will become heavier later.

The Met Office forecast for Saturday: ‘Occasional showers during this morning with widespread hill fog, the showers becoming heavier and more widespread this afternoon. ‘Moderate to fresh, locally strong, southwesterly winds with temperatures of 17 or 18°C.

‘The showers will become isolated again later this evening and overnight as the wind veers west or northwest and eases slightly.’
