Lee Barton, aged 47, of Station Road, Baschurch, Shropshire, is to be given a caution in relation to an allegation of his dog worrying livestock.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on July 28.

He was excused from attending court on Thursday (March 9).

The court heard that a caution had been deemed appropriate but Mr Barton must travel to the island for it to be administered.

The charge will then be withdrawn by the prosecution.

The case was adjourned until March 28.
