Mary Ann Prince, aged 39, of Nursery Avenue, Onchan, was fined £100 for driving without a licence when she appeared before magistrates.

She sent a postal admission to the offence and was given two months to pay.

Prosecuting advocate Barry Swain told the court that Prince was spoken to by police on June 10 last year, on Harris promenade in Douglas.

Her licence was found to have expired in March 2022.
