Charlie Greene, from Onchan, has trimmed his garden hedges into elaborate faces for about 20 years.

Pictured with his wife, Moira, at their home on King Edward Road, Mr Greene does all of the shaping himself.

Passersby frequently comment on them, and they are often spotted in Facebook posts from admirers.
